About Me

I am a practicing business attorney and counselor at law with Trinity Law Group LLC in Massachusetts, and I have represented businesses from inception to exit in a variety of industries.  My practice focuses on:

I have counseled a variety of companies from startups to mature companies, and have represented clients from the Fortune 500 to sole proprietors, including some of the elite venture capital firms in the country.  I have also worked with several companies as outside general counsel, and have been noted for his exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and other professional colleagues at all levels of an organization.

A graduate of the University of Michigan (go Blue!) and Boston College Law School, I have practiced corporate and transactional law at large, international law firms, first in Denver, Colorado, and then in Boston, MA.  I have also presented on corporate and business law topics to attorneys, entrepreneurs, and professionals, and as a recurring guest speaker to MBA students at the University of Colorado and at MIT Sloan School of Management.
