I am Dan Ryan, a practicing business attorney and counselor at law with Trinity Law Group LLC in Massachusetts, and I have represented businesses from inception to exit in a variety of industries.

I have counseled a variety of companies from startups to mature companies, and have represented clients from the Fortune 500 to sole proprietors, including some of the elite venture capital firms in the country. I have also worked with several companies as outside general counsel, and have been noted for his exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and other professional colleagues at all levels of an organization.
A graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of Michigan (go Blue!), I have practiced corporate and transactional law at large, international law firms, first in Denver, Colorado, and then in Boston, MA. I have also presented on corporate and business law topics to attorneys, entrepreneurs, and professionals, and as a recurring guest speaker to MBA students at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Colorado-Denver.

Daniel J. Ryan has been selected each year since 2010 as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star. Super Lawyers Rising Stars recognizes the best attorneys who are under 40 years of age or have been practicing 10 years or fewer.
